劇場版「Fate/stay night」の主題歌を歌うタイナカサチが、1月22日に発売される「Fate/stay night TV reproduction」OPテーマも担当。
カップリングには同じく「Fate/stay night TV reproduction II」のEDテーマを収録!
ジャケットはこのCDの為の描き下ろし。

今回リリースする総集編の為にTVシリーズのOPテーマであった「disillusion」を大胆にアレンジ。
